SustainaShops connects customers with third-party brands, manufacturers, and fulfillment partners who handle production, warehousing, packaging, and shipping.

By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

SECTION 2 – AGE & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

By using the Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

SECTION 3 – OUR BUSINESS MODEL (IMPORTANT)

SustainaShops is an online marketplace and does not manufacture, warehouse, inspect, or ship goods directly.

We collaborate with qualified third-party suppliers and logistics partners.
Therefore:

  • Product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and performance are provided by the suppliers.

  • Shipping, fulfillment, packaging, and delivery times are managed entirely by third-party partners.

  • SustainaShops acts as an intermediary between customers and suppliers.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate information but cannot guarantee that all product details or delivery estimates will always be error-free.

SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS

We aim to display products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors and details may vary depending on screen/device settings.

  • Suppliers may update designs, materials, or packaging without notice.

  • We may discontinue or limit products at any time.

Product quality, safety, and compliance are the responsibility of our third-party suppliers.

SECTION 5 – ORDERS

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase from a third-party supplier.
SustainaShops may accept or decline your order at our discretion.

An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

You agree that purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

If an order cannot be fulfilled (e.g., out of stock, incorrect pricing, supplier error), the supplier or SustainaShops may cancel and refund the order.

SECTION 6 – PRICES, PAYMENTS & BILLING

Prices may change at any time without notice.
Taxes, import duties, customs charges, and shipping costs may apply depending on your country.

You agree that:

  • All payment information provided is accurate and authorized.

  • You will pay all charges incurred for your order.

  • Failure of payment may result in order cancellation.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY (DROPSHIPPING)

Shipping is performed by third-party fulfillment partners, not by SustainaShops.

Therefore:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays due to customs, carriers, or suppliers are outside our control.

  • Once the order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

  • Incorrect address information may lead to failed delivery or additional costs.

SustainaShops is not liable for carrier delays, customs issues, lost parcels, or fulfillment errors by suppliers.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases:

However, because we operate via dropshipping:

  • Returned products must be sent directly to the supplier’s warehouse (not to SustainaShops).

  • Refund eligibility depends on the supplier’s policies and product condition.

  • Some items may not be returnable (e.g., used items, hygienic products, custom goods).

SustainaShops facilitates communication but does not process returns or issue refunds directly.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

The Site may include tools and links operated by third parties.
We do not monitor or control these resources and are not responsible for their content, performance, or actions.

You assume all risks when accessing third-party sites.

SECTION 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, images, texts, logos, and content on the Site are owned by SustainaShops, our partners, or our suppliers.
You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute content without prior written consent.

  • shipping delays or losses

  • supplier behavior or errors

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • lost profits, data, or business interruption

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

SECTION 16 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SustainaShops, Shopify, suppliers, partners, and employees from any claims arising from:

  • your misuse of the Services

  • your breach of these Terms

  • your violation of any law or third-party rights

SECTION 17 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms continue in full effect.

SECTION 18 – AGREEMENT & CHANGES

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and SustainaShops.

We may update or modify the Terms at any time by posting changes on this page.
Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

SECTION 19 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Genoa, Italy.
