At SustainaShops, we work with a selected network of independent suppliers and fulfillment partners who ship products directly from their warehouses to our customers worldwide. This model allows us to offer a curated selection of sustainable products without holding physical inventory.
Below you will find clear and transparent information about how shipping works when you place an order with us.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it is automatically forwarded to the appropriate supplier for processing.
Processing times typically range between 1–5 business days, depending on product availability and warehouse workflow.
Please note:
We do not control supplier processing times and cannot guarantee same-day or next-day dispatch.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the supplier, the product, and the destination country.
Typical estimated delivery windows:

Europe: 7–20 business days

UK: 7–20 business days

USA & Canada: 7–25 business days

Rest of the World: 10–30 business days
These are estimates provided by our suppliers and logistics partners. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, high seasonal volumes, or factors outside our control.
We cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Tracking Information
Whenever available, tracking numbers are provided automatically via email once the supplier marks the order as shipped.
Some suppliers may use regional carriers whose tracking updates may take several days to appear.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the product, destination, and supplier's location.
Some items may ship separately from different warehouses at no extra cost to you.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to import duties, customs charges, or taxes.
These charges are:

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customer-entered information must be accurate.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at shipping@sustainashops.com.
We will attempt to assist, but changes are not guaranteed after an order is processed by the supplier.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or reported as delivered but not received:

We will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier or supplier.

Resolution may vary depending on the supplier’s policies and carrier results.
Please understand that SustainaShops is not the shipping carrier, and we cannot assume liability for events outside our operational control.
8. Pre-Shipment Cancellations
Because orders are sent to suppliers automatically, cancellations are not always possible once processing has begun.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@sustainashops.com.
We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the supplier has already begun fulfillment.
9. Returned Packages
If a package is returned to the supplier due to:

failure to pick up the parcel,

refusal to pay customs fees,

incorrect or incomplete address,
the supplier’s return policy will apply.
Refunds are not guaranteed unless accepted by the supplier.
